Our mission is to reduce the burden of human mycoses and this is delivered through many educational activities including our Annual Conference, and postgraduate courses in Diagnostic Medical Mycology. You will also find information on our travel grants particularly targeted at young researchers in the field. The purpose of the British Society for Medical Mycology is to advance education and promote research in all branches of medical and veterinary mycology, and to disseminate the results of such research for the public benefit. The activities and membership of the Society are open to everyone engaged in or directing, medical and veterinary mycology.
